Event Signup: Speculative Fiction Poetry Workshop

Speculative poetry covers science fiction, fantasy, and horror poetry, and strays into related fields like magic realism and surrealism. What makes a speculative poem work? How can you edit your poems to improve them? And what are the markets - and awards - for speculative poetry? Come along prepared to listen, talk, and write.

Things to bring: As part of the workshop will be focused on editing existing poems, please bring one or more of your own poems - preferably under 40 lines. Also bring pen and paper, or technological equivalents!
